Why did we choose MinniesPad?
We bought our first property MickeysPad at Tuscan Ridge in Spring 2005. The criteria we used then was re-applied to finding our second, MinniesPad.
The choice can be a little bewildering. We had stayed in many different properties over the years and many different house styles with varying facilities. From those experiences we established a must have list.

- Location - 15 minutes to Disney World
- Privacy
- A large South Facing pool and separate Spa
- Extra's - Games Room, Child Friendly
- Not on a building site
- Conservation/Water View
- Lots of bathrooms
- Downstairs WC
- Two separate living spaces
With all that in mind we sent our Realtor off to find the perfect home. Between us we looked at many houses receiving details of hundreds. We didn't want a new build as many new houses have very little space between them at the side and behind. Privacy is very important to us.
We eventually choose our villa at Willow Bend in Crescent Lakes, now MinniesPad. It satisfied all of the criteria listed above. The facilities are excellent and the pool and deck are truly outstanding. It's a great location, has a master king bedroom suite, two ground floor bedrooms and shower room which can be used as a family suite, four bathrooms, 2 games rooms and all the space you and your family could ever need.
We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do on our regular visits. To us MinniesPad is not just a business or an investment, it is our family vacation home. We pride ourselves in ensuring that the base for your vacation is as welcoming and comfortable as anyone can expect of a fabulous Orlando Disney Villa.
